WHAT:

  • Assists the Council in providing a culturally sensitive environment.
  • Ensures that appropriate emphasis is placed on the  underserved and hard to reach populations.
  • Identifies and creates liaisons with the underserved and hard to reach communities.

Meetings on second Wednesday of every month at 6PM

  1. Take N 7th St. to E. Broad St/US 250
  2. Take I-95 S, VA-10E, US-17 S and VA-164 E to Monticello Ave. in Norfolk

via I-264 E:

  1. Follow I-264 E to Exit 9 (St. Pauls Blvd.)
  2. Take St. Pauls Blvd. to W. Brambleton Ave.
  3. Turn left onto W. Brambleton Ave.
  4. Turn right at the first cross street onto Monticello Ave.

via I-64 E:

  1. Follow I-64 E to US-460 W/Granby Street in Norfolk
  2. Take exit 276 from I-64 E
  3. Continue on US-460 W. Drive to Monticello Ave. in Norfolk
